As far as fast oil change stations go; so far I’ve only had positive experiences at Grease Monkey. They often ask permission to go over aspects of my car, and I never feel like they’re trying to upsell me on 20 different things. I vastly prefer them to the other options.

From my call to Deshaun to my tech chat with Ish, the Grease Monkey team at Des Moines took care of my car oil change within 15 minutes, recommended filter change and other items. All done 100% professionally and politely showing me respect for my time and needs, as a valued client.

Ish and her team are pretty awesome! I came in at a perfect time and pulled right up for an oil change. The price was reasonable. I learned that they could also check my brakes for wear and replace lights, which I needed doing. We set an appointment for the next morning. I’m at the store appreciating the wonderful customer service!! Thanks Grease Monkey Team!!

The service at the Normandy Park Grease Monkey was very good. Good customer service. They kept me appraised of what they were doing. And they got the job done in a timely manor. They all did a great job (the young man who wore glasses kept me fully informed on what was going on and my options). I will definitely come back again!
